The Phantom is the step-down version of John John Florence's current favorite model, the Ghost.

When we first released the Ghost, we had no idea that its unique design would be embraced by so many people in so many different types of waves. The one feedback we kept hearing was that it works best in shoulder height and higher waves, so we set out to create a step down board that brings the same feeling to head high and below days , which ultimately make up most of our daily surfing sessions.
The Phantom is a Ghost crushed, beefed up and with extra volume, ideal for your daily sessions in less epic situations.
We carry the same ghost rocker, but we've added more single concave to smooth it through the middle, helping to create speed and flow without deviating from the overall performance or feel of the original design.
The additional width in the tail and nose creates a more parallel, fuller contour that helps increase speed through slower sections and tight turns.
The rails are full but not bulky, adding more float and speed without eliminating the sensitivity we all love in our boards.
Best in waist-high to slightly overhead waves of all types, the Phantom is your daily driver with a high-performance edge.
