A blindstitched suit is always glued to prevent leaks between the seams. A glued and blindstitched construction guarantees a waterproof seam. The suit is thus sealed in the exact places that are most subject to wear and tear. O'Neill has developed a special blindstitch seam called Flexloc that is more durable and flexible than traditional blindstitch seams and prevents the seam from coming undone. O'Neill's glued blindstitch seam is partially double stitched and triple glued to guarantee a waterproof seam. Even if the thread breaks, the seam remains tight.
