This board design is a revival of Jose Gregório's (three-time Portuguese champion) secret weapon for small to medium-sized contest surfers in his competitive days. We also made a ton of this unnamed model for Italy at the time as it excelled in weak Mediterranean conditions. Since then, we've modernized, refined, and tested this model to ensure it was on time for release.

Our Swiss Alps series was specially developed for wave systems like Wavegarden together with shaper Nick Uricchio and our Alaia team rider Gabriel Tamaki. A little more thickness in the boards helps you to have enough buoyancy in fresh water or to leave the line up behind you in a paddle battle in the sea. Reinforced plugs and stronger glazing round off the Alpen upgrade and offer you many years of fun with every wave.
