A better construction - innovative carbon inserts in Endorfins provide additional strength and flexibility, allowing them to be built with a core that is 90% pure air. As a result, endorphins not only offer optimal performance, but also literally float on water.
FIN BOXES: Each set comes with a base compatible with either TWO TAB FIN BOXES or SINGLE TAB FIN BOXES. The Futures compatible base on Endorfins works exactly like a fin built by Futures with a Futures base. The FCSII compatible base requires two screws that come with the fins. Endorfins with FCSII compatible bases do not click in and out.
THE BRANDING: The circle on the side of each Endorfins fin stands for Flow. It's a new take on Kelly's iconic circular branding, which has been featured on every Finn he's previously supported, paying homage to the past as he strives toward the future.
THE ECO STORY: “Screw your fins, not your ocean”. Kelly has a hobby of collecting fins from the reef in front of his home in Hawaii. These fins are trash left on the ocean floor. By screwing our fins into our surfboards - and by making them float - we prevent this.
Additionally, we continue our commitment to Sea Trees – “neutralizing” the annual carbon footprint of our fin production by conserving the kelp forest in California, protecting the rainforest in Africa and planting mangrove trees in Indonesia.
Return deadline
Of course, you have the right to return goods. Please note, however, that for logistical reasons you only have 14 days to send the goods back to us. You can do this without giving a reason and it is sufficient if the posting date is within the deadline. But we are really very accommodating and of course we will extend the deadline for you - please just let us know quickly in advance. Please note, however, that we cannot extend the deadlines for "purchase on account" because this is an external payment provider.
Requirement
In contrast to many online providers, we do not simply throw away the returns, but sell them again in our store. We can therefore only accept goods that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.
Reimbursement
As soon as we have received the goods back in perfect condition, we will refund you the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on the payment method you choose, we will choose the same way to refund you the money.
Shipping costs for return shipping will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed within 14 days.
return address
You are welcome to return the order or items from it to the following address:
Surfari Surf Shop
Badenerstrasse 18
CH-8004 Zurich
Of course, you are welcome to come by directly and we will take the goods back personally.
Delivery costs
We have most of our range in stock and dispatch as quickly as possible. We always strive to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. If, contrary to expectations, the item is not available, we will inform you by email. Shipping is usually done via DPD.
Free Shipping
For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.
Shipping costs for surfboards and bulky goods
Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.
Delivery outside Switzerland
At the moment, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible via the online shop. However, for orders abroad, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for the desired foreign address. Simply use the contact form or write us an email.
