In order to keep delivery routes short and to ensure a certain level of availability, we have contacted the guys from Balance Pro in Winterthur. The aim was to be able to offer an agile balance board with a rocker and a simple, timeless design at an affordable price.
The result is impressive: Groundswell - each board is unique due to the natural structure of the wood, made from European birch plywood. The compact surfboard Fishshape with laser-engraved wave design and Surfari logo round off the masterpiece. We were able to recruit the up-and-coming visual artist Alex Mitev Leben for the design, check him out on Instagram @alexmitevleben .
Ideal as preparation for your next surf trip or as a challenge for young and old - with this balance board you can get your daily training session for an essential sense of balance and stay fit for the coming sessions.
The groundswell is slightly curved and can therefore be rotated and flipped on the reel with ease. With a width of around 29cm and a length of 75cm, the board is super agile, handy and doesn't take up that much space. The board has no stoppers to guarantee full freedom of tricks.
The board comes with a cork roll (10.5 cm diameter, 33 cm)
Thanks to the very robust workmanship and 9 layers of wood glued together, the board can hold up to approx. 100 kg.
*Note: The board may slip completely off the roll. Use at your own risk. We also recommend a non-slip surface to prevent scratches on the floor. Please always use your common sense.
Return Period
You are of course entitled to return goods. Please note that you have 14 days after receipt to send the items back to us. You can do so without giving a reason – it is sufficient if the handover date is within the deadline. We are very flexible and can of course extend the deadline for you – just let us know quickly in advance. Please note, however, that we are unable to extend deadlines for "purchase on account" orders, as this is handled by an external payment provider.
Requirements
Unlike many online retailers, we do not simply dispose of returned items – we resell them in our store. We can therefore only accept returns that are neither used nor damaged. The risk and proof of return shipping lies with the customer.
Please register your return in your customer account. Once approved, you will receive all further information by email.
Refund
As soon as we have received the goods in perfect condition, we will refund the purchase price you have already paid. Depending on your chosen payment method, we will use the same method to return the money to you.
Shipping costs for outward and return delivery will not be refunded. If the retained purchase amount is less than CHF 80.-, CHF 10.- in postage costs will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are processed within 14 days.

Delivery costs
We have most of our range in stock and dispatch as quickly as possible. We always strive to deliver the goods to you as quickly as possible. If, contrary to expectations, the item is not available, we will inform you by email. Shipping is usually done via DPD.
Free Shipping
For orders over CHF 80.00 we deliver free of charge within Switzerland (with the exception of surfboards, see below)! For orders under CHF 80 we charge a flat rate of CHF 10 delivery costs.
Shipping costs for surfboards and bulky goods
Bulky goods (such as surfboards) are the only items excluded from free shipping. If the order contains surfboards or a package with a length of more than 1 meter, we charge a flat shipping fee of 40 CHF per package. The applicable shipping costs will be displayed to you before you order.
Delivery outside Switzerland
At the moment, deliveries to Switzerland are only possible via the online shop. However, for orders abroad, we will be happy to provide you with a shipping quote for the desired foreign address. Simply use the contact form or write us an email.
