The Falcon sets new standards in the funboard category. Stable and buoyant, with a sexy shape and some performance hidden in the design, the Falcon is the perfect board for beginners and intermediates looking for a board that gets better as their skills improve.
OUTLINE: The wide tip is pointed forward to improve trim stability from a central standing position and the streamlined nose gives the outline a modern vibe. The back half of the board tapers steadily towards the tail to make turning easier in smaller waves and increase control in slightly larger waves.
CONTOURS: The rocker creates a balance between paddling speed and just enough nose/tail lift to reach steeper parts of the wave. The forward vee and double concave between the feet allow for very smooth rail transitions and a responsive feel when standing further back.
FOIL: Designed with plenty of volume through the backbone for adequate buoyancy and stability. The taper at the tips provides a better performance feel when surfing the wave head.
PERFORMANCE: The Falcon offers a stable and cruising ride for surfers coming from a softboard or larger longboard, but more skilled riders will also find a surprising amount of speed and response when taking a more aggressive approach.
